Passport:
We require a passport copy or receipt that your passport is being processed/renewed to be turned in to the church office no later than Sunday, March 26. Passports much not expire within 7 months of return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages. You can either drop off a copy at the church office or email a copy to: office@centerpointml.org
Registration:
Registration for the team is on a first come, first serve basis
To reserve your spot, please submit an online application or a paper application, deposit of $200, and a copy or receipt that your passport is being processed/renewed.
Registration opens on Sunday, January 22.
Registration closes on Sunday, February 19.
Cost: $1,850 (Estimated trip cost until airfare is purchased)
Deposit and app $200 Due: Upon Registration
2nd payment $650 Due: Sunday, March 26
3rd payment $550 Due: Sunday, April 30
Final payment $450 Due: Sunday, June 4
Included in cost: Airfare, transportation, food, accommodations, International emergency insurance, training, team t-shirt and limited sight seeing
Does not include: passport fees or immunizations costs
Age Restrictions & Team Size:
Youth & Adults (14 & under must have parent/guardian)
Youth must currently be youth group age (6th-12th grades)
Team minimum of 10 people
Maximum number of youth spots (for those attending without parent/guardian): 10
Health:
Consult your personal physician for recommendations. Visit a travel clinic, or check out cdc.gov.
Insurance:
Your trip cost covers the expense of purchasing international travel insurance. For those that would like a bit more detail, please email us for more information.
Refunds:
If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test or other medically related issue, we will do our very best to try and refund or credit you as much as possible but please note, that any expenses that have been pre-paid, pre-spent, or are non-recoverable to us will not be refunded or credited back to you.
